My earlier post included the best photos I took on our trip to Houston. Unfortunately, none of those measures up to this photo I found in a shoebox.
Larkin’s birthday parties were awesome.

Probably for the best. By the looks of it, everyone is sitting on gravel. That couldn’t have been too comfortable. Your house did have furniture, yes?
Come to think of it, is that even your house?
And what is that cake? An igloo? In Houston?
BTW, as long as you are reaching back in time for material, perhaps you could post something explaining the relationship between your Dad and the Rolling Stones. For some reason, every time I think of of your Dad, my first thought is “He loves the Rolling Stones.” I practically have to restrain myself from blurting it out. I have no idea why.
Maybe you’re not taking requests at this point, but when the time comes, I’d love to know more.

That’s our old house at 3 Falling Leaf. The backyard. You’d remember if you weren’t forbidden from visiting since we watched Poltergeist at my birthday party.
And ah yes, my Dad and the Stones. You made that up. As far as I know he doesn’t have any albums. Though when I was a kid he did date models and stick his tongue out a lot.
